Hands-up if you're up-to-date with staff supervisions?

When we're under pressure its often the first thing that goes.

When there are gaps in the roster that you're struggling to fill or having to cover yourself then it can feel like the least important thing on your to-do list.

But it also the time when you staff need your support more than ever.

It doesn't need to be an hour away from the floor in a private room with notes taken; just 15/20 minutes with a cuppa and some key questions can make all the difference and prevent you from having more shifts to cover later.

You don't need to have the answers, just listen, be there for them and value them.
