Early intervention is key in resolving disputes with and between employees, left to fester it can undermine team effectiveness and quality of service.  Let me take the heat out of the situation by supporting your employee(s) to have open and honest conversations in a safe environment focused on finding common ground, mutual understanding and empathy.
