You’ve got all the policies and procedures in place, you’ve delivered the training and you’ve communicated the organisational objectives – so why aren’t behaviours changing and service standards improving?   I’ll work with you and your people to identify the pathways and blocks to outstanding services and unlock the value in your people. The questions I’ll be answering for you are:


  1. Does everyone know, and agree, that what everyone is doing is in the best interests of the organisation?  Do they want to do it? 

  2. Does everyone know, and agree, what the organisational values are and the behaviours that underpin them? Are they upheld?

  3. What works well? Why?

  4. What doesn’t work well? Why?
