It can be nerve-racking when you have to challenge an employee over their conduct or performance.  I can support you by:

  • providing hands-on support in meetings, coaching your leaders through the process; 

  • reviewing internal investigations.

  • conducting investigations;

  • facilitating or chairing hearings.

With significant casework experience including senior level, safeguarding and commercially sensitive cases I can liaise with CQC, Social Services and the Police as may be necessary.
